Jeffrey grew up in Baltimore and earned a BA in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University. After a year administrating computer networks, he realized that a day spent indoors was not his best day. After 13 years as a general contractor, he has worked on a variety of residential projects, many with a focus on sustainable design. He has also traveled with the Building Goodness Foundation to San Mateo Ixtatan, Guatemala and Pearlington, Mississippi.
