We’ll share a tailored ballpark cost, walk you through a similar project, and present a detailed agreement that outlines how we will work together. Once you’ve signed on to move forward, the process shifts into three defined stages: Dreaming, Detailing, and Construction. By the end of Alignment, you’ll have the clarity and confidence you need to take that next step with us.

The goal of this phase is to define the scope of your project and create a design solution you love; it is interactive and highly creative, where ideas are explored and developed together. Your Design Manager will craft initial layouts, refine floor plans, and develop 3D renderings that reflect your unique needs. Together, we will refine the design based on your feedback, ensuring it resonates with your needs and vision. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a design that you love and an updated construction cost estimate to guide next steps.

Now that you have a design you love and the scope of the project is defined, it’s time to get into the details. In this phase, we will focus on precision and collaboration as we finalize and document every element of your project. You’ll select materials and finishes with guidance from your Design Manager, and we will create detailed construction drawings. At the end of this phase, we solidify your fixed price contract, giving you clarity and peace of mind as we prepare for construction.

Your Construction Manager ensures the process is smooth and enjoyable, with minimal disruptions to your daily life. We handle all logistics from coordinating schedules to managing site work, informing you at every step. This phase culminates in a space that is uniquely yours, delivered with care and precision.
