This initial phase is dedicated to understanding your goals, priorities, and investment range to ensure our team is the exact right fit for your project.Are we designing around two goofy Golden Retrievers? Do you need a kitchen built for chaotic Sunday family brunches, or a quiet corner to unplug with a book on the weekend? Design works best when it reflects the real, everyday families using the space. We’ll establish a clear path forward by sharing a tailored ballpark estimate, reviewing similar past projects, and outlining our working agreement. By the time we transition into our three core stages: Dreaming, Detailing, and Construction. You will have complete clarity and the confidence to take the next step.
In the Dreaming phase, we collaboratively define the scope of your project and explore bold ideas together. You share with us your late-night Pinterest boards of living room mountain views, napkin sketches of built in bookcases, and your craziest “What If” ideas. Your Design Manager will craft initial layouts, refine floor plans, and develop immersive 3D renderings to bring your vision to life. Through a guided, interactive process, we meticulously refine every detail until the design feels distinctly yours. You’ll leave this phase with an exceptional design you love and a confident cost estimate, maintaining your total financial certainty as we transition into the next stage of the build.
Now that your vision is defined, we dive into the details. This phase is built on precision and partnership as we finalize every element of your space. With guidance from your Design Manager, we’ll pull all the physical samples so you can actually touch, feel and see how your space will come alive. While you’re obsessing over cabinet hardware and countertop slabs alongside your Design Manager, we’re behind the scenes drafting the precise technical blueprints to make sure it all fits seamlessly. We finalize this stage by solidifying your fixed-price contract, ensuring you step into construction with absolute clarity and total financial certainty.
Construction will always involve dust, noise and a lot of moving parts. Our job is to make sure the process feels exciting, but not overwhelming. This is where blueprints come to life. Your Construction Manager takes the lead, orchestrating a structured build that minimizes disruption to your daily life. We manage every detail, from site logistics to complex scheduling, so you can stay informed and perfectly at ease. The result is exactly what we promised: you walk through the door into a space that looks incredible, feels effortless, and was built for your life.
