Last week the Black Cat Skate Shop here in Charlottesville opened a new gallery exhibit featuring work from local artists and skaters [including Dan, Zach, Serena, and Wes from Alloy] all created on broken skateboard decks. Andy has been collecting the broken decks for years and turned them loose in the creative community that frequents his shop. The opening was a huge success and spotlighted some really great work.
