Carpenter.
Andy hails from England but is now safely in possession of a Green Card and happily settled in Charlottesville. After graduating with an (utterly useless) Geography degree, Andy briefly dabbled in a career with the Environment Agency until he talked his way into a job running a chalet in Austria for a winter. This experience led into a ten year career, spanning 3 continents and multiple endless winters, running Ski-Schools and training people to become Snowboard instructors. Off seasons and down times were spent working with friends and tradesmen in the UK rehabbing houses, rebuilding historical buildings and helping his parents modify the family farm-house multiple times. Andy is now enjoying being the least musical member of the Alloy team, the novelty of a 40 hour week and being able to bring his dog Rumo to work occasionally.
