Pigeon Top Renovations and Additions

PROJECT: Architecture & Construction
DESCRIPTION: Residential Renovation and Addition

This mid-century modern home underwent a complete transformation. Our clients wanted to honor the home’s architectural heritage while enhancing its functionality and energy performance.

We reimagined the flow of the home, starting with a new mudroom that connects the garage and kitchen. We added a cozy family room to the terrace level, allowing easy access to outdoor living.

Inside, we reconfigured the kitchen to optimize space and open up the main level to the home’s breathtaking views. A full renovation of the primary bedroom suite added luxury and comfort with contemporary finishes. Outside, we cleverly repurposed a shipping container as a swimming pool, and with the addition of hardscaping, the space is a hub of relaxation and modern elegance.

This project is a perfect blend of respecting the past while embracing the future.
