Fox Cliff Aging-in-Place Bathroom

In the planning for this bathroom renovation there was a primary need and a primary want. Our clients’ needed the design to accommodate their aging-in-place plan and they wanted less wall paper and more tile. Both great ideas for an outdated bathroom.

Our aging-in-place design included a curbless shower, grab bars, sinks that sit high on the counter, and an easy egress bathtub.

We maximized the storage spaces by taking advantage of empty space behind the walls and by creating a purpose-built window seat with an integrated storage compartment. We also custom-built the vanity and mirror frames for a perfect fit in the existing space.
