Position: Mission Control (aka Office Manager)

We are on the lookout for a creative problem solver with drive and dedication. As a team, our goal is to provide clients with a positive experience as we work together to design and build thoughtful and beautiful spaces.

Even though we have been in business for ten years, and have refined many of our systems, we believe that there are always opportunities to improve. Our ideal candidate feels comfortable working independently to solve problems but is also willing to ask questions and learn.

As Alloy’s Mission Control (aka Office Manager) your tasks will be diverse. They will require attention to detail, a high level of organization, a warm personality, excellent computer skills, a willingness to learn, and an “all for one, one for all” mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:

-pay bills
-maintain project records
-assist in invoicing and basic bookkeeping

-process new and outgoing employees
-maintain records and stay on top of benefit enrollments

-efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the office
-process new and existing clients
-warmly greet visitors and receive deliveries
-maintain office supplies
-ensure cleanliness and organization of the office

-maintain and regularly update our website and social media outlets
